Via applications including the Antwerp Port Community Information System (APICS) or Port Community System of Zeebrugge (Zedis) you can digitally order maritime services or other port services quickly and easily at both locations of Port of Antwerp-Bruges. These services include pilotage, mooring and towage services and berths. You can also easily take care of the declaration of waste or dangerous goods and all legally required notifications via APICS or Zedis. In addition, you can also retrieve data online. This makes it possible to optimally coordinate all processes in the port.

Shipping agents and freight forwarders, pilotage and towage companies, waterway police and customs, harbour dues staff and other logistics players in the supply chain can access APICS or Zedis for free. Using APICS and/or Zedis is mandatory.
