e-Desk

Thanks to e-Desk, you digitally notify terminals and shipping agents of the customs declaration for outgoing cargo, thereby allowing them to carry out their mandatory notifications to customs in a timely way. No more complex paperwork – e-Desk makes the customs process for outgoing containers, RORO and ferries completely digital.

The application contains several services: 

Export Doc

Export Doc is THE solution for everyone involved in the export (export and transit declaration) of containers and vehicles. As a freight forwarder, exporter or shipper, notifying the terminal operator and shipping agent of your cargo's arrival is easy using this service. You can do that by uploading customs information by container or vehicle.  

 

You can upload the following information:

  • Document type
  • Originating customs office
  • MRN number
  • Container number and/or VIN number
  • Port terminal
  • Order reference (booking number) 

Arrival@exit

As a  terminal,  the European Export Control System (ECS) requires you to send a notification of arrival of the goods to customs. Thanks to the e-Desk Arrival@exit service, you can do that completely digitally from now on, based on the details entered in Export Doc. Arrival@exit is a paid-for service.

Export Manifest

Als scheepsagent moet je in het kader van het Europese Export Control System (ECS) een ladingsmanifest indienen bij de douane. Dankzij de e-Balie Export Manifest service kan je dat vanaf nu volledig digitaal, op basis van de input in het Export Doc. Export Manifest is een betalende service.
