Calling in
- when it enters the port;
- when occupying a berth (mooring);
- when it is launched.
Shifting
- when it shifts within the docks;
- when it navigates from the left to the right bank or vice versa;
- when it navigates to/from the Scheldt quays/jetties.
Calling out
- when leaving the berth (unmooring);
- when leaving the port via a lock;
- when it takes out of the water.
Changes of destination should also be reported.
Inland vessels leaving the port via the Scheldt-Rhine connecting Canal or via the Albert Canal only have to be notified when unmooring, provided they have been correctly notified and are sending the required AIS signals.
