How are violations of the provisions of the Port Traffic Regulation penalised?

Violations of the Port Traffic Regulation will be sanctioned based on the Decree on the Harbour Master's Office of 3 May 2019. Those sanctions will take the form of fines, the maximum amounts of which are laid down in the Port Decree according to their severity.

In the case of violations, the Harbour Master's Office will propose immediate collection or an amicable settlement in payment of the fine. Non-payment will result in the transfer of the violation file to the Public Prosecutor's Office (Prosecutor's Office) for possible further prosecution.
