Can you also deploy port vehicles outside the port area?

A port vehicle cannot be used on public roads outside the port area (not even with a DIV registration plate).

Whenever a port vehicle does leave the port area, it loses its status as a "port vehicle" and must comply with Framework Directive 2007/46 or EU 2018/858, just like all other vehicles operating on public roads.
