More specific, Port of Antwerp-Bruges is looking for a concessionaire for this phase with a project that contributes to the transition to a climate-neutral industry with a focus on CO2-related activities. A recent study by an independent consultant identified the Zeebruges' port platform, and more specifically this specific concession site, as a relevant location for the development of CO2-related activities in order to contribute to a sustainable future.
A 12 hectare site will be made available for this first phase. More information on the exact specifications and how to apply can be found in the request for project proposals.
The further development of the MLZ site, also based on the results of the study, will be specified in a subsequent phase.
