For four available terrains in the Inner Port of Bruges Port of Antwerp-Bruges is looking for concessionaires with a project that contributes to the sustainable development and strengthening of the port platform.
This award procedure concerns four water-related concession sites located at Pathoekeweg en Krakeleweg in the Inner Port of Bruges.
The focus is on the waterfront location of the sites and the existing port infrastructure. PoAB aims to allocate the concession sites for future-oriented port-related or port-supporting activities that contribute to strengthening the port platform and the sustainable economic development of the Inner Port.

It will be possible to visit the buildings on Site 2 on Friday, 5 September between 13:00 en 15:00 pm (CET). Interested candidates must register for this site visit, no later than Thursday, 4 September 2025.
Site 1, 3 and 4 will also be accessible on September 5 2025 and can be freely visited by interested candidates. No registration is required to visit these sites. Please note: registration is required to visit Site 2. PoAB representatives will only be present at this site.
Is your project suitable for (one of) these terrains? Then you can submit your project proposal via email to invest@portofantwerpbruges.com. The deadline for submitting a project proposal is XXX, no later than 1:00 PM (CET).
