Notification of processing of personal data

Port of Antwerp-Bruges (as specified and hereinafter referred to as “POAB”, “we” or “us”) attaches great importance to the protection of personal data. Personal Data are all the information about an identified or identifiable natural person (hereinafter "data subject", "you", or "your"). POAB will protect your personal data at all times in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter the “General Data Protection Regulation” or “GDPR”), including any national or international legislation implementing or replacing the GDPR (hereinafter collectively referred to as the “Applicable Privacy Legislation”) that is applicable now or that may apply in the future.

This notice on the processing of your personal data (hereinafter "privacy notice") was drawn up to clearly inform you about the processing of your personal data and your rights as a data subject. 1. Application of this statement

This privacy statement applies to the processing of personal data of users of the Rail Trans Port Manager portal (hereinafter referred to as "RTP"). These may include:

(employees of) a rail infrastructure manager,
employees of a railway undertaking,
railway-connected parties (service facility undertakings), and
shippers (senders, receivers, freight payers)

3. Overview of the processing (personal data, purpose and legal basis)

Insofar as the processing of personal data constitutes a contractual or legal obligation and the data must be provided by the data subject, the data subject is required to provide the personal data.

4. Source of personal data

4.1. POAB has either collected the personal data itself, received it from third parties who make their data available via APICS ("Data Holders"), or received it from you directly.

5. Receivers

Your personal data may be transferred to application managers of the applications to which the user has access, to the administrator of the application and to the main users belonging to the user's company.

6. International transfer

Your personal data will not be transferred outside the European Economic Area (EEA).

You can request access to and receive a copy of any personal data we have processed concerning you.

You can request that your personal data be deleted.
You can object to the processing of your personal data, request that we restrict the processing of your personal data or request the portability of your personal data.
