Port of Antwerp-Bruges is opening six concession sites along the Boudewijn Canal and in the Inner Port of Bruges to new concessionaires with projects that contribute to the sustainable development and strengthening of the port platform.
This award procedure concerns six water-related concession sites located along the Boudewijn Canal and the Inner Port of Bruges, on Pathoekeweg and Krakeleweg.
The focus is on the waterside location of the sites. PoAB aims to allocate concession sites for future-oriented port-related or port-supporting activities that strengthen the port platform and the sustainable economic development of the Boudewijn Canal and Bruges Inner Port.

It is possible to visit the buildings on Sites 2 and 6 on Monday, 20 April, between 12:00 and 14:00 (CET). Interested candidates must register for this site visit.
Sites 1, 3, 4, and 5 will also be accessible on 20 April 2026 and can be visited freely by interested candidates. No registration is required to visit these sites. Please note: registration is required to visit Sites 2 and 6. PoAB representatives will only be present at these sites.
